Known affectionately as "Big Mike" by his friends, Mike Gammons grew up in Thomasville, GA, and has been blessed to officiate sports at various levels for over 25 years. With a heart for both officiating and faith, Mike felt called by God several years ago to create something special for sports officials—similar to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). This divine inspiration led him to establish the Fellowship of Christian Officials (FCO) in 2024.

Randy Eason brings 48 years of expertise in accounting as a CPA in private business to his role as CFO. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Randy has a heart for service, dedicating over 20 years as a volunteer with Make-A-Wish and spending two decades as a volunteer coach with the YMCA. His commitment to both his career and his community reflects his passion for helping others and making a lasting impact.

Greg Norton’s life verse is Psalm 32:8 “I will Instruct you and teach you in the way which thou shalt go, I will guide you with mine own eye.” He has been GHSA Basketball and Football Official for 35 years. Greg has worked several state championships in both basketball and football. He has served on the GHSA Football Training Committee for over 20 years. He is the Assignor for the Georgia Mountain Officials Association in basketball and works as a “white hat” in the Etowah Valley Football Officials Association. Greg has also served for 30 years as a worship pastor in Blue Ridge, GA. Currently, he is serving on the Worship team at his church in Blue Ridge. Greg’s daily objective is to take up his cross daily and follow after Christ. He does that by striving to be a positive influence for Christ in every area of his life.

Tom Skinner is Head of Devotional Ministries for FCO.  In this capacity, Tom helps to coordinate the development and distribution of the Weekly Devotionals distributed to FCO members.  He also assists with other communication activities for the organization.  Tom was born in Atlanta, Ga and currently lives in Snellville, Ga.  He attended Peachtree High School and later graduated from the University of Georgia.  He has been married for 35 years to his wonderful wife Lisa and they have two children Alan (31) and Rachel (26), a son-in-law Carson Earnest, and soon to be daughter-in-law Brandi Thrasher.  Tom has been a high school sports official for 20 years including officiating football, basketball, baseball, and lacrosse.  He served as President of Georgia Football Officials Association (GFOA) in 2024.

Keith began officiating at age 14 and joined GHSA as an 18 year old baseball official. He worked baseball for 10 years, basketball for another 10, softball for 25 and is in his 40th season as a football official. He spent 36 years in public recreation and parks service and was a youth sports volunteer coach in every decade from the 1970’s through the 2010’s.

Ralph has dedicated over 22 years to the Georgia High School Association. He is an ordained minister, serving churches in both Georgia and California. Previously, he was a member of the National Federation of Football Rules Committee and is recognized as an author and speaker, having written "The Inner Game of Officiating." Among his accolades, he has received the Gold Whistle Award from the National Association of Sports Officials, along with several other honors. Ralph is married and has two children and four grandchildren.

Dan Hendrix served as president and CEO of Interface from 2001–2017 and again from 2020–2022. He chaired the board from 2011 to 2024 and now leads the Innovation & Sustainability committee. Joining Interface in 1983 after leading its IPO, he became CFO in 1985—then the youngest CFO at a Fortune 500 company. Over his 40-year tenure, Dan expanded Interface’s global footprint across four continents, guiding growth to 110 countries with a diverse flooring portfolio, including carpet tile, LVT, and nora® rubber flooring. He led major turnarounds in 2001 and 2010, steered the company through the COVID-19 pandemic, and helped diversify its markets, including the launch of FLOR, a sustainability-focused e-commerce brand. A frequent speaker, Dan shares Interface’s business case for sustainability, highlighting the company’s strategy of aligning environmental responsibility with long-term financial success.

Jesse Vance is a graduate of Florida State University, where he played football and was a proud member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. Over his 34-year career in the staffing industry, he founded and grew three successful staffing companies, which together reached $750 million before he sold them. Jesse has been married to his wife, Nancy, for 43 years. They have three sons, all FSU graduates and Pi Kappa Alpha brothers like their dad. Their oldest also played football for Florida State. Today, Jesse and Nancy are proud grandparents to five grandchildren and have welcomed three wonderful daughters-in-law into the family. They currently live in Bradenton, Florida, and also enjoy time at their home in Reynolds Lake Oconee, Georgia.

Alan has been an NFL official since 2016 and became one of the league’s 17 referee crew chiefs in 2023. His path to the NFL included 14 years of collegiate officiating with 11 postseason assignments, advancing through the Big 12 and Mountain West Conferences. He joined the NFL as a side judge in 2016, moved to umpire in 2017, and officiated the 2023 NFC Championship Game. He also spent 11 years in indoor football, working three championship games, and completed a season as a CFL official. His career has taken him to games in 40 states. Before officiating, Alan was a three-year starting quarterback at Division II Bloomsburg University, where he still holds the single-season completion record. He was also a two-year starter at Williamsport Area High School, helping lead the team to an Eastern Conference Championship and earning MVP honors in baseball. Alan and his high school sweetheart, Michelle, have been married for 32 years.
